Dr. Nekaiya Jacobs Pratt is a pediatric intensivist at a Chicago Children's Hospital and the visionary behind the Curly Hair Council. A graduate of the Medical University of South Carolina, she currently serves as an assistant program director for pediatric residency training and is a passionate advocate for diversity in medicine. Her work has transformed the hospital experience for children across six states.
