Seeking to expand her nursing skills, she joined Centura Health as a Registered Nurse, where she honed her clinical abilities from August 2015 to August 2016.

In August 2016, Erin took on a pivotal role at Surgical Care Affiliates, where she excelled for five years until December 2021. During this time, she developed her proficiency in outpatient surgical care and patient management. Her expertise led her to join Colorado Urology as a Pre-Admissions Testing Nurse, where she played an essential role in preparing patients for procedures.

From March 2022 to April 2023, Erin further advanced her career at SCA Health, serving as both a Charge Nurse and Registered Nurse. Her leadership and clinical skills were instrumental in enhancing patient care during this tenure. Following this, she continued her professional journey at CommonSpirit Health Mountain Region from September 2022 to December 2024, solidifying her reputation as a dedicated nursing professional.

Since January 2025, Erin has been an integral part of AdventHealth Colorado as a Registered Nurse, where she continues to uphold her commitment to high-quality patient care. In addition to her clinical responsibilities, she is actively involved with the American Society of PeriAnesthesia Nurses (ASPAN), advocating for the nursing profession and the critical role nurses play in preanesthesia and postanesthesia care.
